1. Our Guarantee
If we are unable to successfully reinstate your Google Business Profile after exhausting all available reinstatement options through our Google Partner channels, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fees you paid to us. The refund will be processed within 21 calendar days of the determination that reinstatement was unsuccessful.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- You provided accurate and complete information about your business and suspension case as requested by our team
- You granted us the necessary access and permissions to work on your Google Business Profile reinstatement
- You responded to our requests for information or documentation within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 48 hours)
- You did not take any actions during the reinstatement process that contradicted our guidance or violated Google's policies
- The suspension was not the result of illegal business activity or fraudulent conduct
3. Refund Process
If your case qualifies for a refund, the following process applies:
- Notification: We will notify you in writing (via email) that we have been unable to reinstate your profile after exhausting all available options
- Refund Initiation: The refund will be initiated within 5 business days of the notification
- Processing Time: The full refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 21 calendar days
- Confirmation: You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund has been processed
4. Situations Not Covered by the Guarantee
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Client Non-Cooperation: If you fail to provide requested information, access, or documentation within a reasonable timeframe, preventing us from completing the reinstatement process
- Client Actions: If you take actions that interfere with or undermine the reinstatement process, including making unauthorized changes to your Google Business Profile during our engagement
- Fraudulent Activity: If the suspension was caused by illegal business operations, fraudulent representations, or activities that violate applicable laws
- Voluntary Cancellation: If you voluntarily cancel the service before we have completed our reinstatement process (partial refunds may be available at our discretion based on work completed)
- Subsequent Suspension: If your profile is successfully reinstated but later suspended again due to new violations or non-compliance on your part
5. Partial Refunds
In cases of voluntary cancellation prior to the completion of our reinstatement process, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the proportion of work already completed. Partial refund amounts will be communicated to you in writing.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our determination regarding your refund eligibility, you may submit a written dispute to support@gmb.care within 14 days of our notification. We will review your dispute and respond within 10 business days. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card), we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method such as bank transfer or check.
