2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are the authorized owner or representative of the business for which you are seeking reinstatement services.

3. Service Agreement

When you engage our services following a consultation, we will provide you with a clear scope of work, timeline estimate, and pricing. Our service begins upon your acceptance of the proposed scope and receipt of payment (if applicable). You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business and suspension case to enable us to provide our services effectively.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your business and Google Business Profile
• Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile and related accounts as required for reinstatement
• Respond to our requests for information or documentation in a timely manner
• Not engage in any activities that violate Google's Terms of Service or Business Profile guidelines during and after our engagement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business operations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated clearly during or after your free consultation. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at the time of engagement.

6. Refund Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, our refund policy will apply to any fees already paid. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
